GOOD LORD! Wouldn't it be far better to push for LEGAL immigration with a requirement to speak reasonable ENGLISH??? This child DIED because of the language barrier and instead of taking the smartest, best-for-society approach, they want LEO to learn foreign languages?! No one can - or should be expected to - learn 100's of languages!
