If the judge is going to do that, what prevents him from allowing the somalians to murder whomever he wants murdered and then let them off the hook? WHAT THIS JUDGE DID IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW AS BAD AS THE SOMALIAN BEING ALLOWED TO STEAL $7.2 MILLION.
