Jardin Botanico Vallarta is located south of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where the tropical rainforest meets the pine forest in the Sierra Madre mountains. One area in particular, out of 70 acres, is dedicated to plant research. There’s a large window where tourists can peek at the rows of glass bottles with water and plant samples.
