There was a 99% drop in infant mortality in the early 1900s prior to the vaccines for measles, mumps, whooping cough, etc. Back then, it was all about cleaning up the external terrain…getting clean drinking water, better sewage and sanitation, better nutrition into the big cities, etc. Today, it’s all about cleaning up the internal terrain so that we can improve mitochondrial flexibility and efficiency…removing processed food, hydrating with something that has minerals instead of liquid sugar or artificial sweetener, get out of a seated position for the majority of the day, getting plenty of sunlight every day, etc. This would bring a 99% drop in Covid mortality and chronic disease mortality, too. We were designed to have a health-span curve that matches our lifespan curve. Trust the design. You can’t improve on God.
