VT Conservative (@Vermontconservative)

Yesterday I encountered three Chinese women taking pictures around my small village. They had reflective vests on, as if they worked for a company, and were driving and stopping to photograph various locations. They were clearly not tourists, seemed like some kind of intel gathering. I wanted to report them but doubt that anything will be done under the current administration. I was shocked at how out in the open and brazen they appeared to be. Just what the hell is going on??
