I heard it said that LAWS WILL NOT STOP PEOPLE FROM COMMITTING CRIMES! Time to build more jails! Protect the innocent! Last Friday a man who got out of jail early. He found a young woman who was jogging who has 2 small children, and is a school teacher. He raped and murdered her! THIS HAS TO STOP! PROTECT THE INNOCENT FIRST! CARE ABOUT THE INNOCENT FIRST!
