The "active shooter training" that weirdly precedes MK shoot-em-ups is how they psychologically normalize the soon-to-follow mass murder, which will be (1) a mass psychological trauma event and/or (2) a camouflaged targeted kill. I believe that the psychological payload of the training psy-op is mostly directed toward TWO audiences - (a) the future witnesses and victims, so that events match expectations, people's behaviors are documented, and no QUESTIONS are raised in people's minds, and (b) law enforcement, so that they don't get any weird ideas that these events are sketchy and have hidden political or homicidal purpose. It's all a part of #FakeNormal. Indeed, I believe that it may in fact be dangerous to spend time in locations where mass murder "training" has happened. The training is not just for us.
