Public Indoctrination Centers are Failing Two large and prosperous counties in Northern Virginia are failing students. A recent performance evaluation indicated that more than 20% of all students in Fairfax are failing standardized tests in English reading, math and science. Close to 20% of all students are failing in Loudoun County. Loudoun is the wealthiest county in the US and has a massive school budget and has been the epicenter of DEI in Virginia for years. Enrollments in Loudoun have been declining as more parents opt for private and home schools. Both school districts employ thousands of administrators who do not teach but consume massive amounts of school budgets.
