Is Trump's "Gold Card Visa" a Total Disaster? No one voted for "global citizens." President Trump and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick outlined proposed changes to the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa. The EB-5 Investor Visa currently requires the would-be immigrant to invest $1 million in real estate, assets, or other capital-intensive holdings, OR invest $800,000 and create at least ten jobs. It is currently capped at 10,000 visas per year. The proposed reform raises the price to $5 million which would be great if that were the only change. BUT ๐ There would be no cap on visas issued. ๐ Trump hopes the country will sell ten million. ๐ The visa would allow companies to invest and bring their foreign workforce to the US. These millionaires are not coming from Europe either. ๐จ๐ณThe vast majority of EB-5 investors come from China. ๐ฎ๐ณFollowing close are Brazilians, Mexicans, Nigerians, Indians, and Vietnamese America is at risk of importing an economic elite of an entirely different cultural, religious, and ethnic extraction. ๐ Substack (https://whitepapersinstitute.substack.com/) ๐ Website (https://whitepaperspolicy.org/) https://whitepapersinstitute.substack.com/p/is-trumps-gold-card-visa-a-total
