Former San Francisco immigration judge Chloe Dillon sued DOJ. She says she was fired in August 2025 — about 48 hours after emailing her supervisor about “potential violations of statutory law and due process.” The email flagged ICE detaining an unaccompanied minor after he left her courtroom. She also says she had objected to a spring 2025 order to grant every ICE venue-change motion. Complaint: a supervisor said “the White House was watching the issue.” Claims include the Whistleblower Protection Act. EOIR has dismissed 100-plus judges since January 2025. These are allegations.
