Did you know thay animals are considered sentient beings in Colombia? This is why they cannot just cull the herds of cocaine hippos that are pillaging the villages. Part of those rights is that you cannot threaten, with words or actions, any animals. A step further, if the animals is a certified Emotional Support Animal, such as Princesa, then any action taken against the animals is assumed to be taken against the human for which it is a companion. For example: ESAs cannot be considered property, are literally considered an extension of the companion. When I was in Interpol custody for 3 days, they permitted Princesa to stay with me (she would come for the day, and I would have her leave at night so she did not stay in jail). A threat, or defamation, or innuendo, against an ESA is considered a threat against the companion human. So, if someone says "i will kill your fucking dog" it is exactly the same as "i will kill you". There is no distinguishing between the animal and the companion. They are one in the same. This is with good reasoning. Princesa is literally an extension of me. I feel her pain, she feels my emotions. I protect her, she protects me. I can tell when she is not well, and she can tell when I am not well. In public she is alert, monitoring, making sure that I am okay. In private she always checks on me, makes sure that I am near. When I am in stressful meetings she is on my lap, calming me. She is not an animal in the traditional sense, she is me, and I am her. When I am painting, or running errands, or working, she is right there, in the middle of it, working, walking, wandering, around. She is certified in 3 countries by some of the world's top physicians, psychologists. Her vets are the best in Colombia, and she is a superstar of the entire city. In reality, if anyone wanted to find me, stop looking for the gringo and show people Princesa. I cam promise that at least one if 20 people of 10,000,000 in Bogota have seen or met the famous Princesa. Anyways, I mention this because over the weekend someone (Noshirvan) made some comments about Princesa, and they have unknowingly or intentionally, committed crimes when they made those comments.
