If you have used #Kaspersky's #password manager (either the #web version OR the one you downloaded to your device) and you generated a password using the tool; then you need to reset that password. #Security researchers have pointed out how quickly and easily the passwords generated using the #KPM tool can be cracked. Basically, it would take an attacker seconds to so so. While I'm advocate of using password managers to handle your #online #account credentials, I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone use the closed source proprietary password managers made by #tech companies. Especially the ones that store your passwords in the #cloud on their centralized servers which you have no control over. Not only is the code usually free from audit, and #vulnerabilities like the one being discussed here usually discovered years later; but you also don't have any clue what the company is capable of doing with the passwords you stored in the cloud.
