Maybe someone can explain this better to me. Say you get a dockage for having grain kernels that are too small or for mixed grain etc. where does it state that the elevator gets that grain for free? There is still a cost associated with that grain. The elevator is going to still sell it but gives the producer no money for it. The farmer should own the dockage! Those are your inputs, start playing this bullshit game too please.
