Everyone's food stamps are being stolen in New Jersey I went to the supermarket a few days ago to do my first of the month food stamp shopping and the balance was zero. Someone had used my card like clockwork and wiped out the balance in two minutes with five different transactions in five different states. Turns out the line at the local food stamp office in Jersey City was full of people having this same problem. Someone is stealing everyone's EBT food stamps in New Jersey
