Marathon Des Sables Stage 6. April 29th ❤️ 👊🏼☀️ FINISHED! After on-going back problems and cronic diarrhoea, I've completed the most gruelling footrace on the planet. This has been one of the toughest years of the Marathon Des Sables, what with people being taken away by paramedics, piercing sand-storms and unbelievable heat. Absolutely brutal. Many thanks to everyone who has shared my posts, sent messages of support and kindly donated to a worthwhile charity.
