The "I AM" is always "Now" God exists in the eternal Now. In Exodus 3:14, God doesn't say "I was" or "I will be." So, if you are living in the present, you are standing in the same "time dimension" as God.  Since God is the Great I AM—He doesn't exist in the past (which is gone) or the future (which hasn't happened). When we lose ourselves in "yesterday’s" regrets or "tomorrow’s" anxieties, we are technically stepping out of the harmony of God.
