@seamrog @[email protected] My Uncle just sold about 50 acres my Grandfather left him. 50 acres of prime Commercial RE right off the Interstate where there is a building boom going on right now. It's supposedly a 20 million dollar parcel. My graddad got it for a pittance of that way back when he bought it. Why the Uncle got it and non of his siblings didn't is a matter of contention in my family. Don't tell my aunts and my mom that Gerald and Grandpa only rented it.
