#FlatlandersInJulian #JulianCA #Snow After opening up the highways to non-residents, the traffic on Main Street is stopped in both directions! 20 minutes/mile not 20 miles/hr. So, it looks like they are removing the snow with a loader and dump trucks to open up an emergency lane on Main Street
