Ah I see. No pics to be posted now unless you pay. That's cool I understand. But let's be honest here. The list of what you get for $100 a year will appeal to those trying to build a brand. That's normally to generate revenue. I find it entirely appropriate to charge for that privilege. However, many if not most, people on Gab are not making revenue or brand building and are just community members having fun. So taking away meme's/pics hurts those people and frankly it's going to make the platform fairly boring in my opinion. It will also reduce the influence I think of Gab as an entire way to communicate thoughts and ideas has been removed. I would say, go ahead and charge for pic posting. But not $100 a year. Charge maybe $30 a year for that privilege. I think that's a win/win. Gab gathers more revenue for growing their platforms and users can continue to have fun. My 2 cents. EDIT - I won't be paying $99 to post memes. That's all I get from that really. But $30 annual or so I would pay happily.
