I did something new tonight. After writing Steady Notes for a while, I decided to give some of these ideas a voice. The first episode of the Steady Notes podcast is now live. It’s called The Leader’s Ear. This one is personal for me. After nearly three decades of leadership, I’m still learning that hearing someone and truly listening to them are not the same thing.
