Einnig hefur stór hluti Sjálfstæðisflokksins, framsóknarflokksins og Bændasamtakanna logið að þjóðinni í þessum málum. Þessi lygi hefur náð að hræða bændur og óvör ungmenni sérstaklega. If there is anything I have learned from this vote, it is that the Centre Party is built on lies regarding the EU concerning energy issues, fisheries, and national ownership of resources. Furthermore, a large segment of the Independence Party, the Progressive Party, and the Farmers' Association has lied to the nation about these matters.
