Ankles surgery went good today. #Recovery period would be quick too, as per the discharged note informed. But whether this #steriods and #peptide injections on ankles would would it's Permanent magic the #surgeon cannot answer before 3-6 months of going back to normal #exercises and #publictransport which is bit #fastpace as I am compromised for at least a week. As of now in mid-summer 2024 , I had to wait little able to walk again. No crutches provided as there's no major blood loss. During the day of the #surgery, #bloodpressure was low as didn't had food upto 4pm BST since night before, so they gave sugery #beverages to pickup the #pressure level before taken to #operation. It was extremely painful as I was awake with #localanaesthetic. Although, simple and quick #proceedure that you saw in the #behindthescenes of "Expandables" flim shooting, which #SylvesterStallone has to do in order to continue filming the #stunts on the set. But #embarrassed on screaming as they drilled on ankle #bones in both lefts with x-ray precision. Right after, I was in #wheelchair until able to feel my feet and toes again as it was on #anaesthetic and #heart pressure was still low. After able to walk slow and got home with taxi. The discharged #nurses recommended, would still have to walk slow and cannot lift heavy or wear shoes for a week to avoid #infections upto a week. So, not making excuses for not pushing myself. But sometimes I just can't be that #superhero that #world always #demands from #men to be. #Age gets us all, I'm just #30years of age which is not at all older than my #foes and #acquaintance, but if you have series of #healthconditions like me, then you'll know I am not making excuses not to #tryhard to be the #great.
