This is what we get for allowing the Biden administration to nominate a judge named Ramirez Almadani (and for allowing the Senate to confirm her). She just refused to grant the US DOJ's request for a restraining order against California's Glock transfer ban while the case proceeds. From 2005 to 2009, she worked as staff attorney at the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project in San Francisco. From 2015 to 2017, she served as special assistant attorney general in the California Department of Justice and Senior Advisor to then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris. She was ultimately nominated as a judge by Biden (or probably his staff, since he was generally incapacitated). Congress could pass federal legislation to overrule this insanity, but it won't because Congress has no spine and no balls.
