Hi Wolf. I watched "XXX" again, because it has been years, and I wanted more details from the movie about "Anarchy 99." Here's what I found: In the plot, the anarchists are disgruntled former military from RUSSIA. They became this way because of the wars in the Balkans. They paid scientists to recreate a gas called Silent Night, it is a nerve agent lost in the fall of the Soviet Union. They then kill the scientists with the gas so they can't talk (China - COVID?). The gas is to be delivered by WATER to cities all over the world. The gas is NEUTRALIZED by WATER, too. Watch the water? The goal is for governments to suspect other governments of releasing it, no one knowing for sure who did it, so they turn on each other, attack each other, and collapse the world into anarchy. It seems the plan Q is referring to could be as simple as coordinated biological or chemical attacks in many major cities all at once, to turn people against each other and cause mass chaos (a la Color Revolution). OR, it could refer to another bio-attack by China, blamed on Russia or some other country, end result chaos. Another thought I had was that if enough people were sick, and they had a way to limit it to mostly Conservative voters, they could literally swing the election due to inability of the sick people to vote. We need a game plan, for sure. I can't wait to hear your thoughts.
