@BigVinDaddyMac or anyone else- no one in my area does rust repair anymore. They just slap on new body parts and then paint. I know nothing about body work- is this a possible DIY fix? I’ve seen YouTube videos where they use combinations of spray foam, fiberglass and Bondo and get decent results. It actually “tears off” as it moves down the fender flare. The truck is 27 years old now so putting 2-3 grand into a comprehensive repair doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.
