@paulf Do you know anything from your contacts about using the drug Molnupiravir (also called "MOLN" or "MOV") to create SARS-COV-2 variant Omicron? Allegedly, the South African division of Merck Group could be responsible for this. Have you read science papers authored by Leo Goldstein? Unsettling but very interesting. I would say that no one should event propose using this drug for SARS-COV-2, there are insane risks connected with it and clinical trials showed it works event worse than placebo. Additionally, Merck reportedly withheld data and made errors in the public analyses that looked like lies. Clinical trials were reportedly stopped prematurely around the time Omicron suddenly appeared. Odd. Maybe the whole thing was just a cover for research on mutating the virus into a living vaccine? Maybe you know something more as all of this happened in South Africa.
