Trump the sexual abuser: the E. Jean Carroll verdict becomes final and unchallengeable as of August 17. On August 17, 2026, the Supreme Court definitively rejected the final attempt by the senile madman Donald Trump to challenge the ruling. This refusal puts the $5 million verdict to rest once and for all. Trump is officially held liable for sexual abuse and defamation against E. Jean Carroll—it is a settled matter. And this despite a formidable legal team commanding astronomical fees. Yet, the current U.S. President had consistently denied everything. The 2023 jury had already ruled: sexual abuse at Bergdorf Goodman in the 1990s, followed by defamation. No rape charge was upheld, but civil liability is clear. In June, the Court had already refused to hear the case. Trump attempted an extraordinary rehearing; this extremely rare maneuver failed. The judgment is therefore final. Carroll has received the $5 million plus interest. Furthermore, this decision does not erase the second trial. The $83 million defamation judgment remains in dispute. Trump continues to cry "witch hunt." Carroll and her lawyers hail the outcome as a victory for all women. Trump is a sexual deviant. Thus, a president—past or present—now bears the label of "adjudicated sexual abuser." The facts have been established by the American justice system. There is no longer any way out regarding that $5 million judgment. With this shameful verdict, Trump is merely accelerating the fall of the Yankee empire. It is a settled fact, then: a sexual deviant—Trump, an abuser of women and a fan of porn stars—is leading the USA. We need not even mention here "Sleepy Donny’s" closeness to the child predator and Mossad agent J. Epstein.
