Yet, these shipments continue despite numerous accusations of serious violations in Gaza, ICC warrants, and more. In reality, the United States supplies approximately 68% of these armaments, while Germany provides nearly 31%. Together, they almost completely dominate the flow. Saul clearly states that these two countries could halt the conflict overnight; all it would take is cutting off the supply of weapons that are killing Palestinians. Germany and the USA: Complicit in Genocide in Gaza However, the legal debate is intensifying. Several experts point to possible complicity under international humanitarian law. The Genocide Convention mandates the prevention of such risks. Yet, arms shipments continue even as the ICJ and the ICC examine serious allegations. The Zionist entity invokes the right to self-defense following October 7 as if it were sufficient justification. Its allies maintain their support, citing assurances regarding proper use. Thus, this scandal highlights a glaring contradiction: Western states that champion international law are fueling a deadly conflict. The figures do not lie. Political pressure remains weak.
