Artificial Intelligence has become the single biggest driver of energy demand in history. It seems to have happened overnight. While the UN debates carbon credits, the real world is building a new engine. Terrestrial AI data centers are hitting a wall. They are straining power grids and demanding more water for cooling than many cities can provide. To power the green AI future the world is seeing a massive surge in gas-fired power generation. The activists demand net zero, but the technology that will define our era demands raw, reliable baseload power. Elon Musk’s move to launch a million floating supercomputers via SpaceX (the Orbital Data Centre system) is the ultimate checkmate against terrestrial overregulation. Musk is sidestepping the globalist climate bureaucracy with unlimited solar by moving the AI brain into space. Once in orbit, solar power is constant and the sun's high-intensity will bypass the intermittency issues of Earth-based wind and solar. The vacuum of space is a thermal sink that no Earth-based facility can match. Data centers in space operate outside the reach of national carbon taxes or UN-mandated energy restrictions. While the UN and globalist bodies spend decades trying to build a planned economy around carbon credits, the AI revolution is building a real economy around computational power. AI is forcing a return to reality regarding energy. You cannot run a global AI network on intermittent wind and solar alone. This is forcing even the most progressive tech giants to invest in nuclear and gas, effectively breaking the net zero spell by sheer necessity. Moving data centers into space isn't just a cool idea, it’s a geopolitical escape hatch. It places the most valuable resource of the 21st century - intelligence - literally above the law and the tax reach of terrestrial governments. People aren't paying attention to X because they are still trained to look for political news. They are looking at who won an election or what a celebrity said. They don't realise that code and energy are the new laws of the land. History shows us that whenever a new, cheaper way to generate power or process information appears, the old priestly class (the ones managing the previous dogma) loses its grip. The climate bureaucracy is the old priestly class, and AI is the future.
