Shop at #local stores instead of ordering from #online stores. Not only can you examine products, especially #electronics, more closely at a real store, they hire AMERICANS. Retail store organizations like the National Retail Federation (#NRF) @ NRFnews are proponents of foreign call centers. Do they expect workers at those centers to travel to America to buy goods in American stores ??? It claims that RESTRICTIONS on foreign call centers "disrupt staffing strategies without improving consumer outcomes" HAVING A JOB "IMPROVES CONSUMER OUTCOMES"! Being able to converse easily with call center workers "improves consumer outcomes". MORE CONSUMERS improves STORE outcomes! Money spent by American workers in American communities helps local stores via the Multiplier Effect.
