Erich Pratt, Gun Owners of America We just won our “One Big Beautiful Lawsuit,” against the #firearm #registration requirements of the NFA at the district level in #Texas. This is quite possibly the largest victory against the National Firearms Act in it's 90 year history. But the fight isn't over yet. DOJ still has a few days to appeal the case. Since this Department of Justice claims to be the "most pro-Second Amendment" DOJ in history, let's make them walk the walk instead of just talking the talk.
