The article would be more rightly titled "Sony releases an update that does nothing at all except devastate the resale value of your handheld and maybe brick it if there's a power issue, and they gain nothing from it either." They didn't even bother changing the keys inside the firmware. Every game that "requires" 3.71 will run fine on 3.70 (with hacks).
