I want to know why with all our technology- when rescuing people after a disaster why did they not use Drones: good for close, slow scans with thermal/infrared cameras. Helicopters: useful for quick area surveys and spotting heat anomalies. I believe in Japan, China, USA and Venezuela this technology used in collaboration with dogs, RESCUE crews- they could have found imaging of alive people and the rescue totals would have been allot larger of people found alive. #trump #rescue #drones #heatsignature #helicopters- and use LASERS of COLOR to signal where from the sky or Paint ball or something- from the drones.
