As the world goes insane I've placed myself in a bit of a Normalcy Bias bubble for a week and get ready for a big race. De-gunking my bike of dirt and grease and applying a dry lube to the bike. Takes 90 minutes to do but with Ironman 70.3 Maine in 6 days, some piece of mind as the bike is now race-ready. Now I have to de-gunk myself. 😜 #ironman #triathlon #fitness #gofarthersports
