Pay close attention next time you see a video or witness in person when police are taking a criminal away. Someone starts repeating "No, No, No" that's become a chant to get a reaction, then everyone goes into victim of systemic racism mode. The chant deliberately invokes the narrative police arresting violent criminals is racist but violence is normal.
