Hi ! I hope everyone is doing well today . People who know me pretty well know I like heavy type metal music and 80's music . Its loud ,its simple, and its cool. Van Halen, Motley Crue, AC / DC , Hey I am old and not getting any younger, but today at work a kid had some AI Heavy Metal, I hate to admit it, but it was pretty good Tunes. Its was 103 degrees today with 98% humidity outside, inside the plant I am working on with the Japs, it was 118 degrees with 98% humidity. Those jap guys were so pissed off. They are life time employees with Toyota, we are working in a Toyota owned Plant. They had an American Yankee fucktard running the plant until 5 pm today. He was fired and so was there HR staff and a bunch of the higher ups. One thing you never do is fuck with the Japs in their plant. The just shit canned them all . These were Millwrights from Japan. They do what I have done for 38 years, Fix and build Factories. One thing I love about them is they do not take any shit from any one. I get to go over to Japan next May to visit their factory and area for 2 weeks. After a 12 hour day today we were all covered in sweat, so much we looked like we all got hit with a water hose. They are all coming to my house Sunday for steaks on the grill. These guys love Ribeyes. Great big ones. Every year they come over here no matter where I am or what I am doing, they will always call me and want me to come work with them. I have done their factories for about 22 years now. I had trouble with the Versa Lift and they ordered me a Toyota extended tail 80 ton forklift . Versa's are nice , but I be damned it the Toyota Lift they got is not a lot smoother. Versa does have one great benefit no others have, remote control. You can step down and run a Versa while its fully loaded . We folks, its been a long 12 hour day and off to bed I go ... another 12 tomorrow. Love to you all, John
