The men ruling us live in a solipsistic bubble, and believe they can create reality by making claims about reality high status, and disbelief in those claims low status. Hence all the woke lunacy about front holes, hence Boeing's airliner disaster, hence Boeing sending up Starliner with astronauts on board without first running a successful unmanned test. And our rulers are heading into nuclear war with Russia, because they don't really believe that Russia is real, that war is real, that nukes are real, that reality is real, that existence exists. From their point of view, if they have the power to ensure that the YouTube algorithm promotes videos that say the Ukraine is winning, Putin is falling, Russia is falling, then they are winning in the Ukraine. If they can command official statistics that inflation is low, jobs are up, wages are up, unemployment is down, crime is down, then the economy is doing great. They walked into this war like Boeing sending up a manned Starliner.
