The meme -- which has become an inside joke and substitute for the more vulgar anti-Joe Biden meme -- started after NBC sports reporter Kelli Stavast interviewed NASCAR driver Brandon Brown after his victory at Alabama’s Talladega Superspeedway earlier this month. The crowd could be heard in the background chanting "fuck Joe Biden," but the reporter claimed they were chanting "let's go Brandon!" "let's Go Biden!" has since become a worldwide internet sensation -- and even recently made it to the top of music charts; and to Southwest Airlines where a pilot used the meme over the public address system. This has enraged left-wing talking heads who love any vile joke as long as it is at the expense of conservatives. Not their beloved president Joe Biden! Outraged terminally online woke mob has been calling for the firing of the Southwest Airlines pilots. Associated Press' far-left reporter Colleen Long said she nearly got kicked off a plane for storming the cockpit when a pilot on a Southwest flight from Houston to Albuquerque allegedly signed off his announcement for passengers by saying, "Let's go Brandon." CNN analyst Asha Rangappa compared the pilot to an ISIS sympathizer. "As an experiment, I’d love for an @southwestair pilot to say ‘Long live ISIS’ before taking off. My guess is that 1) the plane would be immediately grounded; 2) the pilot fired; and 3) a statement issued by the airline within a matter of hours," she tweeted. Republican senator Ted Cruz(R-Texas) called out Rangappa, tweeting "CNN is deranged. And no, as a factual matter, supporting genocidal religious zealots is not the same as disagreeing with the current President." Critics point out that throughout the presidency of Donald Trump, leftists applauded and celebrated vulgar rhetoric aimed at the former president. Actor Robert de Niro once received a standing ovation from the Hollywood crowd attending the Tony Awards by simply uttering, "fuck Trump."
