Finland's Prime Minister Goes On All-night Clubbing, And Missed An Official Text Telling Her To Quarantine Sanna Marin, 36, was seen partying in the capital city of Helsinki on Saturday. She left her work phone at home, and missed a text message telling her to quarantine because Finnish Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto tested positive for the coronavirus hours earlier. Marin who partied until 4 a.m, eventually saw the text message on Sunday morning. She was tested and got a negative result. The prime minister in a facebook post said: "We went out for dinner, some shopping in the city and to see our friends...." Marin apologized saying "I should have used better judgement on Saturday night and checked the instruction I got a second time.
