WATCH: Boeing Launches Starliner Test Flight To The Space Station Thursday's launch is the second uncrewed flight test of Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner spacecraft for the company's Commercial Crew Program. Boeing's spacecraft launched aboard a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket on a demonstration flight that gets it one step closer to certification to carry astronauts to and from the International Space Station(ISS). The Orbital Flight Test-2 (OFT) launch is from Space Launch Complex-41 on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
