@Gabriels_Horn Re: Propaganda Here's an interesting discussion related to propaganda; not just that it exists, but how to help others to see it. They both seem to have very good grasps on what's going on right now. Plus, she's a Millenial Muslim, so that brings a different flavor to the conversation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_5WBSv3N1I The video is hosted by an astrologer (Robert Phoenix) with a propaganda researcher (Layla Grey) as his guest. In it, Robert references a video Layla made about some books that she recommends to better understand the philosophy of and psychological implications to propaganda. Those books are: 1) Propaganda: The Formation of Men's Attitudes by Jacques Ellul 2) The All New Don't Think of an Elephant!: Know Your Values and Frame the Debate by George Lakoff 3) Propaganda, How to Recognize It and Deal With It by "unknown author" 4) Rules for Defeating Radicals: Countering the Alinsky Strategy in Politics and Culture by Christopher G. Adamo Layla suggests focusing your energy on knowing and controlling your emotional body in order to prepare you for confrontations with those still highly susceptible to the psychological conditioning that the propaganda machine is controlling. Rather than trying to "wake up" people under the "mind virus" spell, she also suggests finding out what matters most to the victims of propaganda in order to try and reach them through their emotional body; i.e., don't waste time talking about vaccine mandates and CBDC's to someone who is focused on BLM related matters. Instead, discuss the facts about BLM, the leaders (corrupt) personal failures, their political affiliations, their (corrupt) use of donations, etc., and do it in an honest and objective way. But be prepared to have the same conversation over and over because, as we all know, change is progressive until the "boiling point" is finally reached.
