𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 #𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀? Claiming that they were “independent.” That was a crock. That wasn’t what the Supreme Court said. The Supreme Court ruled that Trump COULD fire #LisaCook if he followed the proper procedures. That’s what Trump is doing. Everything is planned and timed. Timed for what? How about the passage of the #ClarityAct that is now scheduled for an early September vote? And this goes right along with the panicans howling over the Supreme Court denying the end to “birthright citizenship.” As I pointed out at the time. #Kavanaugh followed the same playbook as Trump’s other “supposed” loss over #tariffs. Kavanaugh literally gave Trump the “legal pathway” to approve his tariffs and then did it again for “birthright citizenship.” Which is why Trump just wrote two #ExecutiveOrders limiting “birthright citizenship.” Trump is accomplishing his goals by using the legal pathways provided to do so.
