The pair, Jose Luis Hernandez Perez and Andreina Del Carmen Hernandez, are linked to the #TrendeAragua group that’s now officially designated as a #terrorist #organization. It’s another reminder of how #dangerous these #networks are and why strong #enforcement is the only way to #protect #communities from this kind of #horror.
