#ArlingtonCounty #police arrested Luzvin Garcia Moran, of #Guatemala, for allegedly trying to #sexually #assault a #Virginia woman. Garcia Moran is facing charges of #abduction of a person with #intent to #defile, #sodomy by force or #victim helplessness, and assault. ➡️#ICE lodged an #immigration #detainer with the #ArlingtonCounty jail in #Virginia asking them not to #release him back into the #community —Unfortunately, Gov. #Spanberger doesn’t want to work with #ICE. 🔎 ICE will arrest him for violating #federal #immigrationlaw once he’s released. Our officers could pick him up safely at the jail if the detainer is honored, but thanks to the state’s #sanctuary #policies, we may have to assemble a larger team to find him in the #community.
