A #jury found Francisco Frias-Abalos, of Mexico, #guilty of #indecent #assault. The court sentenced him to 200 days confinement, but his sentence was suspended. He ended up on probation and ordered to have no contact with a specific woman, who soon after filed a #protectiveorder against him. #ICE #Dallas #FugitiveOperations #arrested him at-large during a targeted #immigration #enforcement action. He’s now in #ICE #detention and going through #removal #proceedings based on: ⚖️ INA 212(a)(6)(A): #Alien present without #admission or #parole
