1. There was a point in time when there was no cocaine in an area of the White House. 2. At a later point there WAS cocaine in that area. 3. Study security video to determine all the people who were in the area between 1 and 2 above. 4. There are your suspects. Detective work is not that hard - just tedious. This scandal has all the earmarks of a distraction.
