The Obama White House gathered top cabinet officials for a #NationalSecurity Principals Committee Meeting with, #JamesClapper, #JohnBrennan, #SusanRice, #JohnKerry, Brian McKeon, #LorettaLynch, #AndrewMcCabe, and Avril Haines. After the meeting, in an email titled "POTUS Tasking on Russia Election Meddling," DNI James Clapper's assistant sends an email to ODNI leaders tasking them with the creation of an "assessment per the President's request." This was the 2nd IC assessment, because the first legit IC assessment found NO Russia Collusion with #Trump, but Obama didn't like that outcome, so they literally #fabricated a new one. #ODNI led the effort, along with the #CIA, #FBI, NSA, and DHS, #framing Trump with Russia Collusion.
