Bush and used 9-11-2001 as the excuse to invade Afghanistan, take over the Bridas Corporation TAP pipeline to get all of that oil and natural gas to the ocean. As typical for GW and then Obama... COLOSSAL LOSS and most of that coveted energy bonanza is now under contract with Rosneft, LUKOil, India and China. Imagine this... pens and contracts have defeated every deceitful, underhanded, greedy agenda the West has concocted!!! I have watched for 40 years what the true effects are of US sanctions it wields like a Neanderthal club and the effects that has had on USA, Canada, at times Australia, always UK, France and Germany. My conclusions based in economic realities is those that play along with USA sanctions might as well take out a gun and shoot themselves in the foot, ass and head!!! Playing along with both Bush and Obama, Merkel has almost single handed destroyed the industrial backbone of Germany. Both Hollande and now Macron have done same for France. Cameron, Gordon Brown, Teresa May and now BoJo... mega dittos. I have been quoted many times on these two statements. 1. US foreign policy is turning US money into Dead Presidents Toilet Paper; and 2.
