Peter Schiff: Somebody Has To Pay For Student Loan Forgiveness Yep and the American people will pay for it, either through taxes or inflation. Plus if you forgive student loan debt. people are gonna start EXPECTING other debts to be forgiven as well. Which equals even higher taxes, even higher inflation, and weakens the currency.
