Sony’s defense is basically: You clicked “Confirm Purchase.” The store said “buy.” You paid full price. But you never actually owned the game. Now Sony is trying to kill a class-action lawsuit by forcing the gamers into individual arbitration, pointing to terms that say every “purchase” is really only a license. “Buy” apparently means “rent indefinitely, subject to terms.” https://reclaimthenet.org/sony-playstation-digital-games-license-lawsuit
